Returns & refunds

1 — Return window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with safety seals intact.

2 — Non-returnable items
  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “final sale”

  • Samples and promotional gifts

3 — How to start a return
  1. Email returns@velinbeauty.com with order number and reason.

  2. We’ll reply within 48 hours with an RMA number and return label (if eligible).

  3. Pack the item securely and drop it at the carrier within 7 days.

4 — Refunds
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email confirmation.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

5 — Exchanges

For faster service, return the item for a refund and place a new order.

6 — Damages & issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

7 — Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t seen your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or card statement.

  2. Contact your card issuer; processing times vary.
